"Department of Poultry Breeding" started its education life within BAİBÜ - Faculty of Agriculture in the fall semester of 2015 - 2016.

In order to apply to our department, you must have passed the 4-year faculty threshold calculated from the relevant score type.

We are waiting for our student friends who want to study at our faculty located in Gölköy Campus, which is considered the center of the poultry industry, with our growing expert academic staff consisting of 2 Professors, 1 Associate Professor and 4 Doctors.

Our graduates will have the title of AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER.

Friends who will graduate from our 4-year training program will have practical training opportunities with internship opportunities, new education techniques and modern research projects.

Our graduates work in poultry breeding facilities, slaughterhouses, hatcheries, feed factories, administrative units of integrated facilities, livestock enterprises, agricultural enterprises, all farms, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, research institutes, pesticide industry, pesticide sales units, They will be able to find job opportunities in municipalities, banks, Ministry of European Union Affairs, Ministry of Development, special provincial administrations, provincial directorates of agriculture, prime ministry, universities and many other fields.

While our graduates have the competence to open and manage their own businesses, they will also have the professional knowledge infrastructure to open pesticide dealers.

There are more than 5000 businesses in Bolu province, and the manager and co-manager needs of these businesses can be met by graduates of our department. We welcome all young people who want to graduate from a highly demanded department and who love animal husbandry to our department.



As a concept, our department is the first department in the world to provide education at undergraduate and graduate levels. We are waiting for you to our Poultry Breeding Department to have the opportunity to be one of the first students of this first department and naturally one of Turkey's FIRST GRADUATES in the field.

It was stated by the President of YÖK that this year, students who chose programs related to agriculture, forestry and aquaculture and ranked in the first three places will be given a scholarship throughout their education period, and the monthly scholarship of 1000 liras will be paid for 12 months.



Since our graduates will be the first in their field in Turkey, their career development will be easier. At the same time, it is thought that they will be preferred in recruitment as they will be highly specialized in a specific field.
